Turtle Bay Beach Resort Give Away Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions:

1. Competition is open to Kenyans located in Kenya
2. Entrants must be 21 years and above
3. The promotion begins on 10^th March 2015 to………(winners will travel on 29^th may)
4. One enters the competition draw by following @bountifulsafari and retweeting tweets with hash tag; #bountifulholidayoffers. Each tweet should be retweeted only once per day and all retweets should have our mention @bountifulsafari. In the event of duplicate entries, only the first valid retweet will be considered in the draw.

• The tweet with the highest  retweets within the duration the competition runs wins.
• The prize shall be a ………….flying package to Turtle bay beach club
• The closing date will be 7 days prior the travel date .on 22/5/2015
• If the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited. A new prize winner will then be selected from remaining entries.
• By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
• Losing entries will not receive any notification.
• In all cases the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize winner may be required to take part in related publicity and such participation is a condition of accepting a prize.
